Amazon PPC and listings

From a seller who pays for his own clicks.

I'm Paul. I've run the ads and listings on my own brand since 2018. I work on up to three client accounts at a time and do all of the work on them myself.

Send one ASIN and I'll record a video of what I'd fix first. No account access needed.

Services and prices

What I do and what it costs

Prices in USD. You stay the owner of your account and your data.

PPC management

10%of ad spend

or $500 a month, if that's higher

3-month minimum, then month to month
  • Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, run day to day
  • Hour-of-day bidding, based on when your ads convert
  • Search terms and placements reviewed every week
  • A live dashboard and a short written report each month
  • You set the TACoS guardrail and the ad budget. The budget only goes up with your OK

Best for brands spending $1,500 or more a month on ads.

Listing rebuild

from$200/ listing

one-off project

A good first project
  • Keyword research with real search volumes from Amazon's own data
  • Title, bullets, description and backend terms optimized for COSMO and Alexa for Shopping
  • An image plan built from the niche and product analysis
  • I upload it, then check conversion again after 30 days

Best for listings that get traffic but don't convert.

Full account management

$1,500/ month

plus 10% of sales above your baseline. How that works

By application, one brand at a time
  • Everything in PPC management
  • Everything in Listing rebuild, starting with your best sellers
  • Images and A+ content tested with Amazon's A/B experiments to raise conversion
  • Inventory and restock planning
  • Daily competitor watch: prices, coupons, badges and stock
  • Account health, cases and reimbursements

Best for owners who want to step back from day-to-day Amazon work.

Smaller budget? My fixed-price audits and one-off fixes are on Fiverr.

How it works

How we'd start

    Send one ASIN

Paste a product link or ASIN into the form below. No account access needed.

  2. 02

    Watch a 5-minute teardown

I record a short video of your listing and where it shows in search, with what I'd change first. It's free.

  3. 03

    Give me access

If we go ahead, you add me as a user in Seller Central and the Amazon Ads console. You can remove me at any time.

  4. 04

    I run it

The first weeks go to whatever costs you most. After that I run the account week to week and send a short report each month.

About

Who you'd work with

I'm Paul. I've run the PPC and listings on my own private-label brand since 2018 and launched dozens of products, mostly in small niches.

Along the way I built my own tools, shaped by how I run that account. Each one ends in a list of changes to make, which is how one person can look after a few accounts properly.

The name comes from how I read every account: your click rate, conversion rate and share of each search, set against the market's.

The person who records your teardown is the person who works on your account. I take on up to three brands at a time.

FAQ

Questions sellers ask first

What access do you need?

User access in Seller Central and in the Amazon Ads console. You stay the account owner and can remove me at any time. The teardown needs no access at all.

How soon will I see a difference?

Cutting wasted spend shows in the first few days. Organic rank follows sales, so it moves over the weeks after that. Once I've seen your account I'll tell you what I expect for it.

What size account is this for?

PPC management fits brands spending about $1,500 or more a month on ads. Below that, a fixed-price audit is better value, and you'll find those on my Fiverr profile.

Which categories and marketplaces?

Most private-label categories on Amazon US. I've also sold in the UK and Canada. I don't take brands that compete with products I sell myself.

Is there a contract?

PPC and full account management have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. Fixed fees are billed monthly in advance, and the percentage part after each month closes, from Amazon's own reports. Listing rebuilds are paid up front.

How does the growth fee work?

Each month is compared with the same month last year, scaled by how fast your sales were already growing in the 3 months before we start. Say July to September was 20% up on the year before, and last November did $60,000. November's baseline is then $72,000. If November sells $85,000, the growth fee is $1,300: 10% of the $13,000 above the baseline.

The growth fee only applies in months where TACoS stays at or below where it started, so sales bought with extra ad spend don't count.

Brands with less than about 15 months of sales history don't have a baseline yet, so they pay $1,500 plus 2% of sales instead. All sales figures come from Seller Central's Business Reports.

Do you use automation?

Yes. Tools I built do the data work. The decisions on your account are mine.
